Legal Notice: Terms & Conditions
Grandbeing Technology, Co, Ltd. provides some of the best warranty services available in industry, please read following information for complete understanding of all procedures.

Definitions
I, We, Us, Our - means Grandbeing Technology, Co. Ltd.
You or your means the individual or Company named on the Purchase Invoice (Customer)

Return Policy – 30 days money back guarantee
If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with a Grandbeing Product purchase and would like to return it for a refund within 30 days from the date of order payment, just contact us by phone or email and obtain RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). If returned product is undamaged by the customer and there is at least one hardware manufacturer defect found, we will issue a full refund with no restocking fees unless otherwise stated in enclosed warranty. All returns must be in "as shipped" condition - same condition as when it shipped and in the same packing materials. Grandbeing reserves the right to charge the customer for missing items, ESD impact and physically damaged of peripheral I/O parts.
If there are no manufacturer defects found in the system and the customer received satisfactory service and the order is as listed in the customer order details, Grandbeing reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee in addition to any charges required for missing or damaged product plus return shipping costs on all systems returned. We do not accept returns for refund more than 30 days after the original invoice or 15 days after the system is signed for at delivery whichever is later. This allows the "product" to be in the customer's possession for at least 15 days and insures that the customer has plenty of time to judge if the device is satisfactory.
We do not accept returns on custom ordered parts (parts not listed on our web site). The customer is advised to utilize the manufacturer warranty for any items not listed as for sale on the Grandbeing web sites.
2 Year EU Limited Warranty For Complete Systems and Components Grandbeing complete HDMI distribution systems come with a 2 year limited warranty from original invoice date (system components are defined as all major component inside the shipment, excluding special order items). A complete system is defined as the combination of an operational HD distribution unit,including matrix's, splitters and other permanent HD extenders installed with an distribution system at time of original shipment. Grandbeing will replace or repair any system component for a period of 2 years from the invoice date with all labor expenses paid by Grandbeing. The cost of parts is covered for one year from the date of the initial invoice, except as otherwise stated in this warranty. Mechanically Inputs and Outputs carry a 30 days replacement warranty from Grandbeing. Following parts are not covered
Including but not limited to: decorations on the case, LED lights, all kinds of sensors, front /rear jacks (read manual), Power supply connector, obstruction of ventilation openings (which may be required for normal operation) and all other components that are not critical to the normal operation of the devices within specified levels. All components are tested under heavy load before shipping of the unit; temperatures will be measured and kept below critical. In the following events parts will be replaced through manufacturer only: excessive dust, high room temperatures, direct sunlight, spilled liquids or other substances, power surges, lightning and other acts of God, careless handling, physical damage and other conditions. Special order components not listed on the Grandbeing website, are covered by their respective manufacturer warranty and are not covered by any Grandbeing warranty. Grandbeing is in no way responsible for the incompatibility, assembly of and / or integration of kits, HD distribution systems and / or specially ordered parts from Grandbeing with other components not purchased from us. If a replacement component is no longer available or is discontinued, Grandbeing reserves the right to substitute the component for an equivalent part, or offer an upgrade option. This warranty is good for one year from the date of purchase, unless otherwise noted on the warranty - in the case of purchased extended warranties, or until you no longer own the HDMI device, whichever comes first. After the Grandbeing warranty coverage for parts expires, the component manufacturer warranty may still be in place. If the Grandbeing parts coverage has expired, you must deal directly with the component manufacturer to receive repaired or replacements for defective parts.

Warranty Shipping
Grandbeing is responsible for the costs of shipping repaired parts and systems to the customer via UPS Ground or Fedex Ground within the contiguous region (ie, not including Post Boxes, etc.). Grandbeing reserves the right to charge the customer for the shipping costs of returning the part or system back to the customer more than $20. In this manner, the customer may request upgraded shipping (like international shipping, faster delivery, etc. that costs more than $20). Under no circumstances is Grandbeing responsible for the costs of any warranty repair shipping more expensive than UPS, DPD, DHL, Fedex Ground within the region. Grandbeing reserves the right to upgrade the customer's shipping - at Grandbeing discretion - to a faster delivery method at Grandbeing expense, but shall not be obligated to do so. Grandbeing is not responsible for customer expenses associated with shipping the product back to Grandbeing for warranty service.

Technical Support Warranty for Complete Systems
Any customer who purchases a complete system from Grandbeing is entitled to free technical support for as long as they own the system. To obtain technical support services, customers should register product, upon registration to contact at the Grandbeing technical support department websites and forums, provided to you upon shipment to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

For faster service, please have the following information available when you contact us:
- your order number
- name the order was placed under
- Grandbeing distributor name
- Scanned copy of Purchase Invoice
- Warranty Card
- contact and shipping address the HD Distribution system should be shipped to after any necessary repairs are made
- serial number from the system chassis (if appropriate)
- detailed description of the problem requiring support including error list and a record of exactly what you were doing with the system when the error or breakage occurred.


An Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returned items and may be obtained from your local Grandbeing tech support rep. or Shenzhen based Worldwide Headquarters.

Liability Statement
We will not be liable to you or any third party for any consequential loss or damage (such as any loss of data, profit, revenue or business) howsoever caused (whether arising out of any negligence or breach of this Agreement or otherwise), even if that loss or damage was foreseeable by us, or the possibility of it was brought to our attention.
We exclude to the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws all liability (other than liability for death or personal injury) whether in contract, tort (including liability for negligence) or otherwise for the accuracy, reliability, suitability, quality or completeness of the products (in respect of which we make no warranties or representations) or otherwise resulting from your usage to and manipulation of Grandbeing products.
